Job description
Natera is seeking an Associate Director of Laboratory Operations to direct development, planning, implementation, and maintenance of lab manufacturing methods and processes. You will ensure GMP and CLIA/CAP compliance, oversee staffing and budget, and lead high‑performing teams to optimize performance and product quality.
The role requires management of manufacturing operations, KPI development, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive company objectives within a PHI-enabled environment.
