Key Responsibilities
Represent E.L.F. BEAUTY professionally across all client, retail, and consumer touchpoints
Deliver outstanding results in your core Associate Director, Loyalty & CRM duties with passion and precision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
Maintain deep knowledge of beauty product lines, trends, and competitive landscape
Achieve and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and quality standards set by E.L.F. BEAUTY
Provide exceptional service and expertise to clients, customers, or retail partners
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or retail industry
Strong passion for beauty products, trends, and consumer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Relevant licences or certificates for Associate Director, Loyalty & CRM where required (e.g. cosmetology licence)
Authorisation to work in the United States
