Role
Associate Director in Market Access Analytics (Neurology) at Regeneron, focusing on transforming complex data into evidence-based decisions to optimize payer and provider strategies.
Responsibilities
lead data-driven segmentation, policy analytics, and performance measurement across Payer, GPO, Contracting, and Pricing;
build cross-functional partnerships;
proactively identify analytics opportunities;
manage vendor workstreams;
and utilize proprietary data sources for consistent analysis.
Requirements
minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (7+ with MBA/MS);
BS/BA in STEM fields, with advanced degree preferred;
proficiency in key market access data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Model N), coding (Python, R, SQL), and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau);
strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
