Job description
Organon is seeking an Associate Director to lead Promo Medical Education and Training Operations for the Nexplanon CTP. This role partners with marketing, medical affairs, sales, and operations to ensure efficient training program execution and compliance with labeling.
You will manage trainer networks, training content, the Nexplanontraining.com platform, and SOPs while driving process improvements and data-driven decisions to enhance the training experience for healthcare professionals.
