Job description
Ferring is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to lead the Field Medical Affairs team in the Reproductive Medicine TA. You will drive strategy, coach MSLs, and ensure scientific exchange with KOLs, investigators and HCPs across therapeutic areas.
Travel 60–70% is expected in field territories and conferences. The role requires an advanced scientific degree and 5–7 years in Medical Affairs, with at least 4 years in an MSL or field-based role.
