Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant industry experience, outside of research
5 years of developing & executing therapeutic discovery workflows, including immunization strategies, hybridoma generation & HTS
Experience with assay development, stable cell-line generation/cell-sorting, & cell biology
Scientific leadership in antibody discovery (i.e. career development, project execution, meet project timelines & budget)
Ability to prepare & present project reports
