Job description
The 787 Collective invites an Associate Director for Congregational Innovation to join our hybrid, grant-funded team. You will build connections with congregations and young adults, expand our network across cities, and guide learning experiences through digital and in-person formats.
You will recruit and train regional representatives, create engaging resources, and collaborate with our STEP and seminary teams to promote our mission.
