Basic Qualifications
Be a Sponsored MBA Lilly Employee
Currently enrolled in an MBA program
Expected graduation by August 2027
Language fluency in English, both written and verbal
Additional Skills/Preferences
3 to 7 years of professional work experience prior to business school, ideally including corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, healthcare or biotech
Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinker
Demonstrated leadership
Strong learning agility, including the ability to create and implement new ideas
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong analytic capability, including financial modeling and comfort with large data sets
Demonstrated collaboration and ability to influence without authority
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to align a group around a vision or common goal
Willingness to challenge the status quo

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $132,000 - $193,600 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
