RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, Chargebacks, Customer’s Fees, Rebates and Inventory Accounting.
Run daily and monthly reports to facilitate submissions tracking, validation and data reconciliation between various software reports (iContract Vs SAP Vs 3PL).
Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following related SOPs and processes.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-quarter-year end close process
Manage cash flow and payments.
Any other related job functions.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding of GTN
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Excellent SAP skills
Strong knowledge of systems and processes in Finance domain.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system
Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, or similar field
Master degree preferred, but not required
Around 10 years of experience in US Pharma Industry
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite
