Job description
Fall River Public Schools is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources to support recruitment, retention, and employee relations. Under the Executive Director, you will help manage data, grants, recruitment events, and pre-practicums with higher education partners.
The role includes investigations, Title IX duties, and coordinating bargaining and leaves, while advancing district HR initiatives and record digitization. Strong leadership and HR expertise are essential.
