This role serves as the primary architect and facilitator of the Creighton Intercultural Center's (CIC) educational curriculum. Responsible for transforming complex concepts, such as bias awareness, intercultural humility, and inclusive leadership into actionable, high-impact learning opportunities for the entire student body. Accompany our student Cultural Ambassadors in the development of their programs as requested. Assist students in integrating knowledge, experience, and reflection to address complex academic, personal, and social challenges.

Collect data that allows for assessing intercultural education and competencies, both on a program-by-program basis and longitudinally.

Assist with signature programs and oversight of C.I.C.'s daily operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Resources) required; master's degree preferred.
