Job description
Rebel Hotel Company in Milwaukee seeks an Associate Director of Sales to lead group and corporate hotel revenue. In partnership with the Director of Sales, you will own an assigned market, drive occupancy, ADR growth, market share, and total revenue, while guiding a team of Sales Managers.
The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, nurturing relationships, and developing budgets and marketing plans to maximize rate, occupancy and hotel profitability.
