What You’ll Do
Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations
Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files
Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets
Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day
Support on-site sales and marketing events
Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families
What We’re Looking For
1+ year sales support or customer service experience
Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented and service-focused
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Pay Range
21.20 - 26.60
