Job description
KIPP NorCal is seeking an Associate Director of Teacher Residency to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the teacher residency program across its schools. You will partner with school leaders, mentors, and Alder Graduate School of Education to build a strong and diverse teacher pipeline and serve as the primary instructional lead for residency experiences.
