Bayer is seeking an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager in the Oncology sector for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will work with healthcare providers and office staff to navigate PA, medical necessity, and denial appeals to improve patient access to therapies.
The role covers multiple states with up to 50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of reimbursement experience are preferred; strong payer knowledge and communication skills are essential.
