Bayer is seeking an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology for the Mid-Atlantic region. This role focuses on ensuring patient access to Bayer oncology therapies by supporting healthcare providers and staff through Prior Authorizations and medical necessity documentation.

The territory spans NC, SC, DC, and VA with up to 50% travel. You will collaborate with Bayer teams to reduce access barriers and optimize therapy approvals while staying current on MAC policies and payer
