Job description
Whatcom Community College is seeking an Associate Director for Orca Central Operations to lead the daily student services hub. You will supervise front-line staff, coach teams, and ensure smooth enrollment experiences for prospective and continuing students.
You will coordinate with Admissions, Advising, Registration, and Financial Aid, and you will manage placement data and campus communications using CRM and campus systems. A Bachelor's degree is required.
