Job description
Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, MA is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Access Lead to drive patient access programs and ensure timely enrollment and payer support for our rare disease therapies. This onsite role partners with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams to optimize coverage and reimbursement processes.
The role requires deep knowledge of US payer policies, CRMs, and strong collaboration with specialty pharmacies.
