Job description
UPholdings, LLC seeks an Associate Director of Portfolio Administration & Oversight in Fresno, CA. This role drives centralized oversight of portfolio health, risk indicators, and compliance while coordinating with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate documentation and timely actions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of California property management experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with AppFolio, Paylocity, Grace Hill, and Microsoft 365.
