Job description
The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT seeks an Associate Director, Principal Gifts, to cultivate and solicit principal gift prospects (>$1M over five years). You’ll partner with leadership and gift officers to design personalized donor experiences and ensure strategic engagement, stewardship, and reporting.
