Job description
Oscar is hiring an Associate Director, Product Marketing (ICHRA) to own end-to-end GTM activities and localized campaigns for the ICHRA business. The role balances execution (70%) and strategic work (30%), translating plan design into messaging and sales enablement assets for brokers, employers, and employees.
