Job description

Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California seeks an Associate Director for Promise Scholars. Under the Executive Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations of Promise Scholars, guide counseling services and retention programs, and assure alignment with CSU and Cal Poly policies to promote student success.

You will supervise EOP, TRIO Achievers, and Promise Scholars counselors, build campus partnerships, and foster belonging across diverse communities.
