Cal Poly’s Promise Scholars program seeks an Associate Director to oversee day-to-day operations, lead counseling services, and advance retention initiatives. This role partners with Academic Affairs and SEMSA to ensure first-generation, limited-income, and underserved students succeed.
The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a track record in student services, with a responsibility to foster belonging and inclusive practices across the campus.
