Job description
California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) seeks an Associate Director of Promise Scholars to oversee day-to-day operations and guide counseling services and retention initiatives. You will lead, develop, coordinate and assess all program activities, helping ensure academic and student success for participants.
The role includes supervising EOP, TRIO Achievers and Promise Scholars counselors, fostering inclusion, and building partnerships with faculty, staff and external stakeholders
