Job description
PLOS is seeking an Associate Director, Publishing to provide strategic leadership for the journal portfolio. You will guide portfolio-wide strategy, align publishing investments with organizational goals, and work with cross-functional teams to advance PLOS's mission.
You will lead a team of Publishers, manage performance, and ensure a sustainable portfolio with a strong value proposition. Remote-friendly with international travel as needed.
