Job description
Santa Clara University seeks an Associate Director of Residence Life to provide day-to-day operational leadership, supervise two Assistant Directors, and coordinate staffing, training and evaluation to support 3,400 undergraduates living on campus.
This 12-month, full-time role requires a Master’s degree, at least four years of residence life experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. On-campus housing is optional, with a furnished/unfurnished apartment available.
