Job description
Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo invites applications for the Associate Director of Residence Life. Under the Director, you will help manage daily operations, oversee first‑year and continuing student experiences, staff selection and training, operations budgets, program direction, and emergency response.
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of progressive leadership in student housing and residential life, with supervisory experience.
