Job description
Dr. Squatch is seeking an Associate Director of Retention & Loyalty to lead the health and growth of our customer base, owning subscription, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing for retention and long-term revenue. This senior role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and manages a team of five.
The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Marina Del Rey, CA, with a base compensation range of $170,000 to $188,000, commensurate with experience and market rates.
