Job description
WCG seeks a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program, overseeing the Global Site Relationship Survey and Sponsor Company Survey across a global research-site network. You will own the full lifecycle from design to readouts and client deliverables.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in clinical research, strong presentation and writing skills, and the ability to translate survey results into strategic insights for sponsors, CROs, and sites.
