Job description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Associate Director, Social & LIVE Commerce to shape how consumers discover, engage, and shop across social platforms globally, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop and LIVE selling in the U.S. and international markets.
You will lead strategy, execution, and operational excellence for LIVE programs, partner with Brand, Creative, IMC, Influencer and agency partners, and build scalable creator-led experiences that translate launches into measurable growth.
