Associate Director, Trust & Investment Services
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Trust & Investment Services for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
Lead business development and relationship management efforts for the Wealth Management & Trust Department.
Coach, mentor, and manage trust and investment officers.
Develop and execute strategies to grow trust and investment business.
Oversee trust administration, investment management, and complex client relationships.
Collaborate with bank partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, banking regulations, and internal policies.
Manage departmental performance, reporting, and staff development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of trust, investment management, or wealth management experience.
2+ years of management experience.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP designation preferred
Advanced knowledge of trust administration and investment markets preferred.
