OVERVIEW The Associate Director, University Partnerships supports the project management and delivery of EUSA programs across a university partner portfolio. The position focuses on program planning, preparation, coordination with city teams, and ongoing partner engagement to ensure successful delivery. This role is suited to a professional with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and knowledge of international education and work-integrated learning. The position also contributes to program growth by maintaining effective communication with university partners and supporting program assessment activities. Collaboration across teams is central to maintaining high-quality delivery and positive partner relationships.
Key responsibilities
Manage the project management and delivery of EUSA programs across the university partner portfolio
Oversee program planning and preparation activities
Coordinate program delivery with EUSA City Teams
Support program growth initiatives
Ensure programs are delivered successfully
Maintain communication with university partner contacts
Conduct and support program assessment activities
Engage with university partners and city teams to support delivery and operations
Coordinate program delivery processes across partner programs
Requirements
Highly organized approach to work and project coordination
Knowledge of international education
Knowledge of work-integrated learning
Ability to support program planning and delivery
Ability to engage with university partners and city teams
