Job description
Role: Associate Director, US Breyanzi Marketing Professional Education, leading peer-to-peer and non-personal promotion strategies to engage CAR T-treated and referring HCPs, with a focus on driving lymphoma CAR T class growth and Breyanzi's long-term success.
Responsibilities
Develop speaker bureau programs
Shape medical education initiatives
Manage congress presence
Collaborate across Medical Affairs and regional marketing to differentiate Breyanzi and promote adoption
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
6-10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, ideally with Hematology, Oncology, or Cell Therapy experience
Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills
Familiarity with FDA promotional regulations and clinical data interpretation
High-Value: Focus on Cell Therapy, Hematology/Oncology, CAR T treatment, professional medical education, and engagement with thought leaders.
