What You'll Do
Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
Attend ADP’s training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions.
Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
Manage multiple sales processes through all stages of the sales cycle, document activities, and support implementation until the solution is live.
Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
To Succeed in This Role: Qualifications
Proactive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
Strong time‑management skills, able to prioritize deliverables and multi‑task efficiently.
Clear, professional presentation skills across written, in‑person, and phone communications.
Experience carrying a quota in outside business‑to‑business sales, with a track record of closing deals and managing a territory and relationships.
Ambitious, motivated under pressure, and capable of exceeding sales quotas.
College degree preferred but not required. Three years of business‑to‑business sales experience (preferably field sales) is acceptable, as is military experience.
Bonus: Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
