Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: In addition to selling cloud‑based human resources solutions, strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications
Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat and persistent style with ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
Agile Solution Seeker: Problem solver who can find answers or solutions even in fast‑paced change.
Continuous Learner: Always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done in the past to make them even better.
A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience may include:
One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
Prior military experience focusing on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Ability to successfully build a network and use social media effectively for sales.
Compensation
Base salary range: $34,800.00 – $75,100.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
