The Well Holistic Solutions is an established, cash-based holistic health practice led by Dr. Colby Wilson. Located in the heart of Kennebunk, Maine, The Well offers chiropractic, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, and wellness under one roof.
The demand is real. Our chiropractic schedule is full, and our community is asking for more. We need another DC to help us meet that need and to help us take the next step toward the clinic we’re building. This is your opportunity to get in early, make your mark, and grow alongside a practice with serious momentum.

What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) — new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
Active Maine chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong manual adjusting and patient communication skills
A genuine passion for holistic, root-cause wellness
Someone coachable, curious, and excited to be part of something being built
Interest in women’s health, family wellness, or functional care is a big plus
Additional certifications (Webster, acupuncture, nutrition) are a bonus, not a requirement – we can work towards that!
Compensation
We’re flexible and want to find the right fit. Options include:
Salary + performance bonuses
Independent contractor with percentage split
