Associate DVM – Small Animal Practice | Miami, FL

A veterinary practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, building strong client relationships, and working in a collaborative environment. Whether you are an early-career veterinarian or an experienced practitioner, this role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Perform medical and surgical procedures appropriate to experience and training

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Educate pet owners on preventive care, wellness, and treatment options

Support a positive, team-oriented hospital culture

Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and best practices

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution

Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
