Role Responsibilities
Provide advice to employers on California employment law, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Conduct impartial workplace and Title IX investigations, including witness interviews and report preparation.
Develop and deliver workplace trainings on topics like harassment prevention and diversity.
Draft employment policies, agreements, and employee handbooks.
Stay updated on employment law changes and maintain organized case files.
Contribute to the firm's blog and knowledge-sharing efforts.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California law license.
3-6 years of experience in California employment law, focusing on advice and investigations.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
High emotional intelligence and rapport-building abilities.
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Low billable hour target of 1,100 annually; work approximately 30-35 hours/week.
