Job description
Brookdale Senior Living in Utica, NY is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations of a senior living community. You will oversee occupancy, financial performance, staffing, and regulatory compliance while ensuring high resident satisfaction and safety.
Under supervision of regional leadership, you will develop annual budgets, manage capital plans, recruit and develop staff, and foster relationships with residents, families and community partners to deliver high‑quality care.
