Job description
Medici Brands is seeking an Associate Food Scientist to own formulation and benchtop testing across its product portfolio. You will translate ideas into prototypes and work closely with commercialization, supply chain, and quality teams to balance taste, nutrition, safety, cost, and scale.
The role is hands-on, in-office in New York City, with emphasis on developing high-protein, low-calorie foods and guiding early production from benchtop to pilot runs.
