Job description
Medici Brands is seeking an Associate Food Scientist in New York City to own benchtop formulation, testing, and iteration across its product portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on turning ideas into scalable products, from benchtop experiments through pilot runs and early production.
You will work with commercialization, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure taste, nutrition, safety, cost, and scale requirements are met, while documenting results and guiding specifications.
