Continuation past the term length discussed will be based on university need, performance, and/or availability of funding. **POSITION SPECIFICS**The Department of Mathematics invites applications for a research professor with strong research potential in number theory.This is a non tenure-track, 36-week appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Research Professor. A demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching is expected, and teaching responsibilities may be part of the appointment.Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in mathematics or closely related field.
