About the Company & Culture
This is a well-established real estate business with a hands-on, commercially focused environment. The legal team works closely with executive leadership and operational teams, giving this position meaningful exposure to the wider business rather than operating purely as a support function.
The culture will suit someone who is collaborative, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and manage multiple priorities effectively.
For someone coming from private practice, this is an opportunity to move closer to the commercial decision-making and execution side of real estate, while experienced in-house attorneys will gain broad exposure across transactions, development, finance and strategic legal matters.
