Job description
Inception Fertility in Houston, TX seeks an Associate General Counsel to join a small, high‑leverage legal department supporting a rapidly growing fertility platform. You will own matters end‑to‑end from employment agreements to practice acquisitions, working closely with the CLO and executive team.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of combined law firm and in‑house experience and strong healthcare deal‑making, regulatory, and governance skills.
