Job description
OnBoard Legal is partnering with an organization in Birmingham to identify and hire an Associate General Counsel focusing on labor and employment matters for a multi-state workforce. You will handle investigations, wage and hour, leave and accommodations, agency matters, and manage litigation while overseeing outside counsel and coordinating insurance, risk and compliance initiatives.
