Manage employment litigation, administrative agency matters, and outside counsel, including strategy, budgets, and resolution.

Monitor changes in employment law and proactively recommend updates to policies, practices, and training.

Develop practical legal guidance, playbooks, and training that help managers make consistent, compliant employment decisions.

Build trusted partnerships across the organization by providing clear, risk-calibrated advice that enables the business to move quickly while protecting the company.

What You'll Bring

Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Strong judgment communication skills, and the ability to build trust with leaders across all levels of the organization.

Experience supporting media, entertainment, technology, creator economy, consumer products, or other high‑growth businesses is a plus.

Target total compensation ranges from $300,000 - $396,000, including a fixed annual salary of $250,000 - $330,000, a discretionary annual cash bonus, plus an employee equity grant, and comprehensive benefits.
