Job description
IMRF in Oak Brook, IL seeks an experienced in-house counsel to provide legal guidance to staff and the Board of Trustees. You will advise employers and members on Illinois Pension Code matters and manage non-disability administrative hearings.
You will defend or manage non-investment-related litigation involving IMRF and its Board, review contracts, RFPs, and procurement rules, and supervise the legal department and procurement staff.
