Job description
PACE Equity, a Milwaukee-based real estate finance firm, seeks an in-house attorney to support commercial real estate transactions and regulatory initiatives. You will draft and negotiate financing documents, coordinate with external counsel, and help manage corporate governance and compliance.
The role requires a J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Hybrid work in Milwaukee with nationwide C-PACE activity is available.
