Job description
The AES Corporation, the largest US-based global power company, seeks an experienced in-house counsel to join AES Renewables & Power within the legal group. The role focuses on tax equity and project financing for solar, wind, and storage projects.
You will lead negotiations, coordinate closings, and advise senior management on risk and strategy, while guiding outside counsel and ensuring robust documentation across project finance and corporate matters.
