SUNROCK DISTRIBUTED GENERATION, located in New York, is seeking an Associate General Counsel experienced in solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will lead negotiations for project agreements and manage legal compliance across various projects.
This role requires 4-15 years of legal experience with a strong background in distributed generation, contract negotiation, and regulatory advice. Flexible remote options are available, though occasional in-person meetings in New York or Baltimore may be required.
